Tried connecting with him.. but seems no response from his end !!

Have got the solution from Mr Daniel, working perfectly fine.. but my system got corrupted and so the installation of otoreport got lost !!
Have all the details of the same.. can you please assist me installing the same.. as it's affecting business badly
