Hope you doing all well -- we are facing a issue in otomax when a request is being sent to application through facebook please find the acctached snapshot where in request through facebook caused an error and lead to close of the application

This issues also for me and my clients. Please Solve as quick as possible.

Exactly what is happening over this is as follows:-
- When we chat using our facebook id with any of the friend in our friend list it works perfectly fine
- When we try sending the request to ID which has been integrated with facebook - it simply leads to closure of the OtomaX application - where in errror as shared in snap shot pops up
- After try this for couple of times what i think the issue isn't with facebook chat servers as they are perfectly working fine
and doing their functioning - Issue seems to be from the part of otomax as it seems due to change in the protocol or anything like that - dont know exactly the problem - it pops up with the error - simply stating that the request sent through facebook is not being handled by otomax - while going through the error it says - some dll is missing : or needs to be added in the exe of the otomax
Looking forward for a positive and early resolution of the same
Together with that do share with us - that whether we need to change the .exe files offered by you : or it is like someaction
will be undertaken by you at your end - leading to resolution of the problem
